We rely on the generosity of individuals, corporations and foundations to continue our mission of providing books and necessary resources to those that need it most.
To date, Book Angel has been able to collect and distribute over 160,000 books and over 1.5 Million Dollars worth of PPP, School Supplies, Teacher Resources, Appliances, Home Goods, Adult Diapers, Medical Supplies and Food. We continue our efforts to scale and work with partners to explore new ways to give children, families and communities books, resources and greater opportunities to succeed. Book Angel's staff depends on volunteers to assist with many day-to-day tasks, as well as big projects. There are a multitude of ways that individuals and groups can help Book Angel fulfill our mission to provide books and resources to those that need it most
Donations of gifts such as books, school supplies, food, clothing, toiletries, adult diapers and medical supplies go a long way to empowering our communities to establish greater sustainability.
Another way we help to promote literacy and learning is by leveraging technology. With Book Angel Story Time volunteers read stories that we publish online. Learners can following along and strengthen their literacy skills while enjoying a book read by caring adults, children and or youth in our community.
